This years line up includes

Busking Competition

Prize Money $300 – 1st, $200 – 2nd, $100 – 3rd
Expression of interest to be in by 13th July, forms available from the council offices
Public vote on the day to decide the winner, voting form is to be used for a draw, $100 “Bingara Bucks” as the prize, must be present to collect.

Parade to marshal at Lowes Service station at 12pm, commencing at 1pm

All locals are invited to participate, hold a stall, design a float or
simply show your support by attending the festival.

8:30am- Market Stalls and Buskers Set up – Outrageous Orange Cook Off Entries in
9:00am - Buskers start performing – Judging by the public Commences!
9:30am - Novelty Events – Judging of the Outrageous Orange Cook Off
10:30am - Official Opening
10:50am - Citizenship Ceremony
11:20am - Willoughby plaque unveiling
12:00pm - Parade Marshal
1:00pm - Parade
2:00pm - Busking Competition winners announced
2:10pm - $100 Bingara Bucks winner drawn
2:15pm - LIVE band Marty and the Moochers
